What Full-Service Delivery Means at Its Best
Delivery
A professional full-service rental delivery includes:
- Scheduled delivery window (not just "sometime that day") — typically a 2-hour window communicated in advance
- Crew that unloads everything from the truck — you do not move any items
- Items delivered to the exact location where they will be used (not left at the driveway)
Setup
Setup is where the real value is. A full-service setup crew:
- Places every table at its designated position
- Sets every chair at each table (in the correct quantity and orientation)
- Installs the tent, including staking, sidewalls, and anchoring
- Drapes linens and positions table runners if included
- Confirms the layout matches your diagram or instructions before leaving
This is the difference between arriving at your venue day-of to 100 stacked chairs in a pile, versus walking in to find every table and chair already in place.
Teardown and Pickup
After your event, a full-service company returns to:
- Break down and fold all tables
- Stack all chairs
- Remove the tent
- Load everything back on the truck
You should not need to clean, fold, or move a single item. The only thing you may be responsible for is returning linens — some companies require soiled linens in a provided bag; others handle everything.
