Delivery & Setup Crew
Join our delivery team and be the face of Occasio at every event. You'll load equipment at our warehouse, drive to venues across DFW, and set up tables, chairs, tents, and linens for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Teardown and pickup is handled after each event. This is a physical role with a lot of client interaction — a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety.
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Weekends required (Fri–Sun are busiest)
- Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance
- Event or hospitality experience a plus, not required
Event Coordinator
As an Event Coordinator at Occasio, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry through event day. You'll respond to quote requests, put together rental packages, coordinate logistics with the delivery team, and follow up after events. This is an office-based role with occasional site visits. If you love events, enjoy working with people, and are highly organized, this role was made for you.
Requirements
- Experience in events, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Weekend availability during peak season (April–May, Sept–Oct)
Warehouse Associate
Our warehouse team keeps Occasio running behind the scenes. You'll be responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, cleaning and inspecting equipment after events, prepping orders for next-day deliveries, and helping maintain our warehouse. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, likes physical work, and wants to learn the event rental business from the ground up.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 75 lbs
- Organized and detail-oriented — accuracy matters
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or equipment maintenance a plus
- Weekday availability required; some weekends
- Forklift certification a plus (we can help with training)
