Delivery and setup

Delivery from our Celina warehouse: We deliver and collect across the DFW area, and setup is available. Delivery, pickup, and setup are quoted with your order — based on your location and items. Customer pickup from our warehouse is always free.

Setup and takedown are available across DFW and quoted per item — add them and our crew handles it so you never lift a thing.

Site requirements

Level ground or turf with clear access for our crew. We confirm any staking, weighting, or clearance needs on your quote — note sprinkler lines or tight access and we'll plan around them.

Weather and cancellation

30+ days out: full refund minus the non-refundable 50% deposit · 14–29 days: 50% of total refunded · under 14 days: no refund. Full policy in the FAQ.
