A 12×16 (192 sq ft) — our most popular size — comfortably fits a 4-piece band with full backline, a ceremony platform for a wedding party of 6–8, or a podium setup for a corporate keynote. A 16×20 (320 sq ft) handles a large band, full production setup, or group performances requiring maximum floor space. All stages are 24 inches high as standard, with ADA-accessible ramps available on request.

What's Included

Every stage rental includes deck panels, a steel support frame, and safety edging around the perimeter. Our crew delivers and assembles the complete structure on-site, then returns after your event for teardown. The stage surface is suitable for foot traffic and equipment weight. Note that power routing, AV cables, and sound equipment are not included — confirm your power layout and cable routing needs with your AV vendor in advance of the event.
