Corporate Ceremony Rentals — FAQ

Yes. We carry chrome and gold-finish ceremonial shovels with display stands, hardhats in various colors, and oversized scissors for ribbon cutting. These are available as add-ons to any tent package.

Yes. We work with job site superintendents on access and timing. We coordinate directly with your GC for site-specific requirements. Steel-toed crew, site-safe equipment.

Yes. COI documentation provided for all events. Additional insured endorsements available. Request when you submit your quote.

3–4 weeks minimum for standard ceremonies. Larger events (200+ guests) should book 6–8 weeks out. Last-minute requests considered — call us directly at (945) 245-2242.

Linens, draping, and ribbon are available in a wide range of colors. For branded elements like backdrop printing, we recommend coordinating with your marketing team. We provide the structure and setup.
